The house features an enclosed patio perfect for BBQ-ing and soaking in the sea breeze. Frontside windows capture the sunlight and ocean air keeping the house cool and well-lit. House has a keypad code access, making check-in and check-out simple.

Our property manager Pete lives close by (and so do we), so there's just about always someone on-call if any issues arise. Otherwise, we'll stay out of your hair!

Oceanside is an eclectic beach community. We have all the perks of a downtown area, but we are far-less populated than a busy city, so you get the best of both worlds. The pier and strand are a hubbub of tourists and locals, so it's a diverse place that caters to a lot of different interests. Beach, shops, movies, eateries--whatever your interests, our location is within walking distance to them all.

We offer off-street parking for two cars. We are just around the corner from the train station where you can hop on a train to LA, downtown, or anything in between. You might hear some noise from the train, but since we are close to a stop rather than a crossing, trains do not lay on the horn close to the house.
