The home features high-speed wifi, cooking essentials, brand new shower and bathroom, in-home washer/dryer, enclosed patio, & off-street parking. The space is ideal for remote workers, traveling nurses, and nomads. This property is Unit B of a split property. It is completely separated from Unit A, with private fenced in yard and separate access. There is one shared wall with Unit A. Located in a high-density area of the coastal zone, the studio is tucked away for maximum privacy while retaining easy access to downtown and the beach. This is a perfect place for an individual or couple looking to experience Oceanside. Guests can walk just about anywhere from this location, which is especially ideal during the busy summer months when coastal access and parking is limited. This bungalow includes one off-street parking space. We can also provide a parking pass for free street parking if guests have a second car. Exterior gate encloses the patio and private access to the home. The front door has a keypad code entrance. There is one shared wall in the home, which is heavily insulated. There are no shared spaces. The neighborhood is made up of both residents and vacation renters. We give our guests space and privacy, but also live locally and are on-call should any questions or issues arise. The beach access at Tyson is a highlight of this property. Tyson park includes open grassy areas great for picnics and beach games. Guests of this area often enjoy daily walks on the beach, epic sunsets, and walks to The Cup, a favorite coffee shop amongst locals.

Rachel began hosting short term rental guests at her own home in Oceanside 2012. Since then, she has helped other homeowners rent their properties on sites like Airbnb and VRBO, and now here at We Stay Coastal! She lives in Oceanside with her husband and two young boys. She works as a substitute teacher at the local high school during the week and loves to go to the beach with her family on the weekends. She loves to travel and often chooses coastal destinations for her own vacations.
